Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients

  • Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
  • Prepare the vegetables: slice the bell pepper, onion, and zucchini, and julienne the carrot into thin strips.

2. Stir-Fry the Sausages

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
